Operations Counsel means, in the case of a hospital, its Operations Counsel responsible for hospital legal operations; in the case of a Physician organization, its Tenet Physician Resources (“TPR”) Counsel responsible for Physician practice legal operations; and in the case of a non-hospital outpatient facility, its assigned Counsel responsible for outpatient facility legal operations.
