Operations Fire definition

Operations Fire is a fire caused by Contractor’s Operations other than a Negligent Fire.

Related to Operations Fire

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
