Operations Standards definition

Operations Standards means standards specified in the System Standards Manual for cleanliness, housekeeping, general maintenance, repairs, concession types, food and beverage service, vending machines, uniforms, staffing, employee training, guest services, guest comfort and other aspects of lodging operations.

Operations Standards means standards specified in the Territory System Standards Manual for cleanliness, housekeeping, general maintenance, repairs, concession types, food and beverage service, vending machines, uniforms, staffing, employee training, guest services, guest comfort and other aspects of lodging operations. Permitted Transferee means (i) any entity, natural person(s) or trust receiving from the personal representative of an owner any or all of the owner’s Equity Interests upon the death of the owner, if no consideration is paid by the transferee or (ii) the spouse or adult issue of the transferor, if the Equity Interest transfer is accomplished without consideration or payment, or (iii) any natural person or trust receiving an Equity Interest if the transfer is from a guardian or conservator appointed for an incapacitated or incompetent transferor.
