The Borrower agrees to do such further acts and things and to execute and deliver to the Liquidity Provider such additional assignments, agreements, powers and instruments as the Liquidity Provider may reasonably require or deem advisable to carry into effect the purposes of this Agreement and the other Operative Agreements or to better assure and confirm unto the Liquidity Provider its rights, powers and remedies hereunder and under the other Operative Agreements.
Furnish to the Liquidity Provider, with reasonable promptness, copies of such Operative Agreements entered into after the date hereof as from time to time may be reasonably requested by the Liquidity Provider.
The Subordination Agent acts hereunder solely as agent or trustee herein and not in its individual capacity, except as otherwise expressly provided herein and in the Operative Agreements.
