Collective Agreements definition

Collective Agreements means collective agreements and related documents including benefit agreements, letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications (including arbitration awards) by which the Company and any of its Subsidiaries are bound.
Collective Agreements has the meaning set out in Section 5.01(2).
Collective Agreements means the four collective agreements covering bargaining units in Part III of the public service of the Province of New Brunswick, represented by theUnions, and being Nurses, Nurse Managers and Supervisors, Paramedical and Specialized Health Care Professionals.

  • Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.

Collective Agreements means the collective agreements binding any member of the Target Group, and all related documents, including letters of understanding, letters of intent and other written communications with bargaining agents for employees, in each case as disclosed under the heading “Defined Terms” in the Shred-it / Vendors Disclosure Letter.
