Operator Party definition

Operator Party means the Operator, its shareholders, representatives, Affiliates, agents, advisors, contractors (including the FSRU Owner), subcontractors, suppliers of any tier and licensees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns; provided that any agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and licensees shall only be an Operator Party to the extent that they are acting on behalf of or are providing services to the Operator in connection with the Operator providing the Services.
Operator Party means (i) the Operator, and (ii) the FSRU Owner (and the operator of the FSRU), and all of their respective shareholders, representatives, Affiliates, agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers of any tier and licensees, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns; provided that any agents, advisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and licensees shall only be an Operator Party to the extent that they are acting on behalf of or are providing services to the Operator in connection with the Operator providing the Services.
Operator Party means, individually, the Operator and each of its directors, officers, employees, agents and legal representatives.

Related to Operator Party

For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Operator means the operator of an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application with actual knowledge that the site, service, or application is used for K–12 school purposes. Any entity that operates an internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that has entered into a signed, written agreement with an LEA to provide a service to that LEA shall be considered an “operator” for the purposes of this section.
