Operator Software definition

Operator Software means software and other intellectual property for the operation of the Program developed by Operator (such as the Program’s website and mobile apps).
Operator Software means any of the Operator's proprietary or licensed computer programs which are necessary to enable the Operator to use the Equipment including, for the avoidance of doubt, any "white label solution".
Operator Software means the software provided by the Operator under this Agreement or used by the Operator to provide the Services, and includes any Updates and New Releases adopted by the Department.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.
