Opinion Letter definition

Opinion Letter is being delivered pursuant to Section 3.01(d) of the Credit Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein and not expressly defined herein have the definitions specified in the Credit Agreement. We have examined originals, certified copies or copies otherwise identified as being true copies of the following:
Opinion Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(C).
Opinion Letter means an IRS issued letter as to the acceptability of the form of a Prototype Plan as defined in Section 4.06 of Rev. Proc. 2005-16.

Opinion Letter the document setting forth the Opinion that is delivered to and accepted by the Opinion Recipient.
