Instruction Letter definition
Instruction Letter means written instructions in a form acceptable to NCPS and executed by Issuer Party with Issuer Party directing NCPS to promptly disburse the Escrow Funds to Issuer pursuant to Section 4(a).
Instruction Letter means a letter agreement between the Seller and each Subservicer substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

Instruction Letter means a letter agreement between the Borrowers and each Subservicer substantially in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto, in which such Persons acknowledge the Lender's security interest in the Mortgage Loans, and agree to remit any collections with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Lender may so direct from time to time, which Instruction Letter may be delivered by Lender to such Subservicer in its sole discretion.
