OPIS Price definition

OPIS Price means, with respect to RINs, ninety-eight percent (98%) the simple average of the daily price published in the Oil Price Information Service’s (OPIS) Carbon Market Report for D3 RINs (under the “Mean” column) during the applicable calendar month of Delivery and, with respect to LCFS Credits, ninety-eight percent (98%) the simple average of the mid-point of the “Low” and “High” daily prices published in the OPIS Carbon Market Report for LCFS Credits during the applicable calendar quarter of Delivery.

Examples of OPIS Price in a sentence

  • For all LCFS Credits generated from RNG Deliveries to Dispenser under this Agreement, (a) Dispenser shall be entitled to receive from Provider one hundred percent (100%) of the LCFS Existing Credits so generated, and (b) Dispenser shall be entitled to receive from Provider twenty-five percent (25%) of the OPIS Price for all LCFS Incremental Credits so generated ((a) and (b) collectively, “Dispenser’s LCFS Share”).

  • For all RINs generated from RNG Deliveries to Dispenser under this Agreement, Dispenser shall be entitled to receive from Provider two percent (2%) of the OPIS Price for all RINs so generated (“Dispenser’s RIN Share”).

  • A fuel adjustment will be made based on changes from the fuel prices in effect on the date of this Agreement, based on the OPIS Benchmark (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇) as follows: Greyhound’s OPIS price per gallon at the time of this bid XXXXX1 Region and Date of OPIS Price Denver Fleet Miles Per Gallon of Fuel 6.7 During the term of this Agreement, Greyhound will apply an adjustment in the monthly and per trip rates based on the increase or decrease in the OPIS average price per gallon.

  • The OPIS Price for each NGL Component is the arithmetic average of the midpoints of the daily high and low quotations applicable to the NGL Component and Region in question, determined from Exhibit C, and as reported by Oil Price Information Service ("OPIS"), on each Day during the Month of delivery for which such price is quoted using the "Any Current Month" column.
