OPS Investment means an amount, not to exceed $100,000.00, actually expended by the OPS member for start-up costs for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Pub and Coach’s, including the hiring and training of the management team and employees for the concepts managed by the Company.
