Examples of Opta Property in a sentence
The obligations of the Corporation hereunder shall be secured by (a) a mortgage on the Ontario Properties in the form set forth in the third schedule of this agreement, and (b) a mortgage over the Opta Property by Opta Food Ingredients, Inc., together with such other documents from Opta Food Ingredients, Inc as may be required to give a valid and enforceable mortgage over the Opta Property, in each case with such additions, deletions and alterations as the parties may agree.
