Option 2 Maximum Put Amount definition
Option 2 Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) such amount that equals ten percent (10%) of the daily trading volume of the Common Stock on the Put Date, and (ii) Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
Option 2 Maximum Put Amount means the lesser of (i) such amount that equals 10% of the daily trading volume of the ADS on the Put Date, and (ii) the quotient of $2,000,000 divided by the closing price on the date prior to the Put Notice.
