Option 2 Pricing Period definition
Option 2 Pricing Period means the three consecutive Trading Days commencing on the Advance Notice Date.

Option 2 Pricing Period means the period on the applicable Share Purchase Notice Date with respect to a Purchase Notice selecting an Option 2 Pricing Period commencing (i) if submitted to the Investor prior to 9:00 AM Eastern Time on a Trading Day, the open of trading on such day, or (ii) if submitted to the Investor after 9:00 AM Eastern Time on a Trading Day, the open of trading on the immediately succeeding Trading Day, and in each case, ending on 4:00 PM Eastern Time on such applicable Trading Day; provided, however, that upon mutual consent of the Company and the Investor, a Purchase Notice selecting an Option 2 Pricing Period that is delivered after 9:00 AM Eastern Time may be deemed to have been delivered prior to 9:00 AM Eastern Time of such day.
