Option Charge definition

Option Charge means the option to be applied for by the Customer and confirmed by DKV to supplement the Customer Agreement to be concluded or already existing with DKV with the additional service of also enabling the charging of electrically powered motor vehicles via the LEO.

However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located.
