Option Criteria definition

Option Criteria means the clinical and nonclinical protocols for, and results of, the safety and efficacy studies listed in Schedule 1.52.
Option Criteria means the pre-clinical or clinical data packages described on Schedule 4.
Option Criteria means that Tenant is the Named Tenant, is leasing the entire Premises initially demised hereunder and occupying at least 75% of the initially demised Premises, the Lease is in full force and effect, Tenant is not in default under the Lease beyond all applicable notice and cure periods upon the date of Tenant’s exercise hereunder, and Tenant has a net worth equal to or greater than the Minimum Net Worth.

Examples of Option Criteria in a sentence

  • Following Completion of the Phase II Trial set forth in the Pre-Phase III Development Plan, PPD shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a report summarizing in reasonable detail the results of such Phase II Trial, including but not limited to all the results regarding the Option Criteria (“Phase II Report”).

  • Portfolio Option Criteria for the Bachelor of Liberal Studies: Students must meet all of the following criteria at the time of portfolio submission: • Full acceptance and active student status • Completion of the English written communication proficiency requirement • Good academic standing (cumulative grade point average of 2.0 in all ▇▇▇▇▇ University course work) • Attendance at the Portfolio Seminar • Documentation of five years of professional work experience and/or community activities.

  • PPD shall use Diligent Efforts to deliver the Option Criteria to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the Licensed Product.

  • Direct Award Criteria means the award criteria to be applied for the award of Call-Off Contracts for Standard Services set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 (Award Criteria) of this Framework Agreement;
