Examples of Option Expiration Time in a sentence

  • The Option shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 10, 2018, subject to extension as provided below (such date and time the “Option Expiration Time” and the period running between the Effective Date and the Option Expiration Time, the “Option Period”).

  • The Option may be exercised, in whole or in part, at any time, or from time to time, from this date to the Option Expiration Time (the "Option Period").

  • The Option will terminate and will no longer be in effect after 5:00 p.m. Central Time on February 28, 1997 (the "Option Expiration Time").

Option Expiration Time means the earliest of (a) 11:59 p.m. San Francisco time on April 14, 2009, (b) the closing of the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of PBT, and (c) the closing of a merger, consolidation or similar transaction in which the stockholders of PBT as of immediately prior to the transaction do not own a majority of the voting power of the surviving company as of immediately following such transaction.
