Option Expiration Time definition

Option Expiration Time shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.5.
Option Expiration Time means the date, as set forth in the Option Certificate, beyond which no Exercise shall be honored.

  • The Purchase Option, if exercised, must be exercised as to all, but not less than all, issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock and may be exercised at any time at or prior to the Purchase Option Expiration Time.

More Definitions of Option Expiration Time

Option Expiration Time means, with respect to an Option, the time at which the Option expires and after which the Optionholder cannot exercise the Option. The Option Expiration Time for an Option other than a Customized Option shall be the close of business on the first to occur of the following: (complete each of the following)
Option Expiration Time means the earliest of (a) 11:59 p.m. San Francisco time on April 14, 2009, (b) the closing of the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of PBT, and (c) the closing of a merger, consolidation or similar transaction in which the stockholders of PBT as of immediately prior to the transaction do not own a majority of the voting power of the surviving company as of immediately following such transaction.

  • Option Expiration Date means the last day of the maximum term of an Option.

  • Warrant Expiration Date means 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on __________, 2001 or the Redemption Date as defined in Section 8, whichever is earlier; provided that if such date shall in the State of New York be a holiday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close, then 5:00 P.M.
