Option Grant Date definition

Option Grant Date means, as to any Stock Option, the latest of:
Option Grant Date means the date on which an Option is granted by the Board;
Option Grant Date means the first Business Day of each Offering Period of the Plan.

  • The number of shares subject to the Replacement Options will be adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations or similar transactions that may occur between the Expiration Date and the Replacement Option Grant Date.

  • The Incentive Stock Option price per share of Stock shall be set in the Award Agreement, but shall not be less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of the Stock at the time of the Option Grant Date.

More Definitions of Option Grant Date

Option Grant Date means the date upon which an Option is granted to a Non-Employee Director.

Option Grant Date means the date upon which an Option is granted to a Non-Employee Director except that for purposes of the Option granted as of the 1996 Annual Meeting, the Option Grant Date shall be on the effective date of the Stock Split.
Option Grant Date means the date Shares of Common Stock are granted to Participant as specified in each Notice of Stock Option Grant.
Option Grant Date means the date on which the Committee grants an Option pursuant to the provisions of the Plan.
