The Notes may be repaid on September 10, 2003 (the "Option Payment Date"), at the option of the registered Holders, at 100% of their principal amount together with accrued interest to the Option Payment Date.
The Board of Managers may, in its sole discretion, authorize payment of any Deferred Option Payment prior to the Deferred Option Payment Date to any optionee who elects to execute a general release in a form provided by the Company prior to the date determined by the Board of Managers in its sole discretion, in which case the Deferred Option Payment shall be payable promptly after the expiration of any period during which such general release may be revoked.
