Option Period 2 definition

Option Period 2 means the Contract Option Period 2, if exercised by the Judicial Council, with a period of performance from July 1, 2028 until June 30, 2031.
Option Period 2 means the period beginning on the date that Amgen provides Option Data Package 2 to Novartis, and expiring upon the earliest of (i) [*] days after delivery of Option Data Package 2, (ii) the Option Exercise Date and (iii) termination of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Option Period 2

Option Period 2 shall begin on the first day of the nineteenth (19th) month after the Effective Date and continue through the last day of the thirtieth (30th) month.
Option Period 2 shall, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, be a period of twelve (12) months commencing upon Spark’s election to initiate Option Period #2 in accordance with Section 2.3, and is subject to extension pursuant to Section 2.4.
Option Period 2 shall commence on June 1, 2017 and continue through May 31, 2019. Option Period 2 shall only be effective and the Owner shall only have a right to exercise the option if there is no existing and uncured material Event of Default under this Agreement by the Owner and the Redevelopment Property has been conveyed to the Owner. Option Period 2 Fee shall be non-refundable, except in the event of any Event of Default by the City hereunder and except as provided in Section 4.4(o), but upon the occurrence of the Option Property Closing, shall be applied as a credit towards the Option Property Purchase Price.
