Option Space Commencement Date definition

Option Space Commencement Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 36.6 hereof.
Option Space Commencement Date means the date which is sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its right to include the Option Space.
Option Space Commencement Date means 30 days following Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s Notice (as defined below).

Examples of Option Space Commencement Date in a sentence

  • As soon as the Option Space Commencement Date is known, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a memorandum prepared by Landlord confirming the same within fifteen (15) days of written demand therefor, but any failure to execute such a memorandum shall not affect such dates as determined by Landlord.

  • From and after the First Option Space Commencement Date, Lessee’s allocation of parking contracts pursuant to Section 7 of the Lease shall be increased from thirty-five (35) contracts to thirty-seven (37) contracts.

  • It is presently anticipated that the First Option Space Commencement Date will occur on December 1, 2005.


More Definitions of Option Space Commencement Date

Option Space Commencement Date means the date that is the later of June 30, 1996, or the substantial completion date of the Option Space.
Option Space Commencement Date shall be the date on which Landlord delivers vacant and exclusive possession of the Applicable Option Space to Tenant free of all personal property and signage of any previous occupant of the Applicable Option Space, with electricity available thereto and free of any violations within Landlord’s control to remediate that would prevent Tenant from obtaining a permit for any improvements to the Applicable Option Space that are permitted under this Lease. Landlord and Tenant agree that any failure to have the Premises available to Tenant for its occupancy on the Scheduled Option Space Commencement Date shall in no way affect the validity of this Section 9 or the obligations of Tenant hereunder, nor shall the same be construed in any wise to extend the term of the Lease or impose any liability on Landlord; provided, however, that if the Option Space Commencement Date does not occur within 90 days of the Scheduled Option Space Commencement Date, then Tenant may revoke Tenant’s Option Response Notice with respect to such Applicable Option Space by notice given to Landlord and any time subsequent to such 901 day but prior to the occurrence of the Option Space Commencement Date. The provisions of this Section are intended to constitute “an express provision to the contrary” within the meaning of Section 223-a of the New York Real Property Law.
