Option Territories definition

Option Territories means the territories which are the subject of the Options; Participation has the meaning given in clause 17.1;
Option Territories means those territories that are not Lundbeck Territories, Prana Territories and PNG Territories. 1.15 Other Product(s) means any product containing either CQ or PQ, that, or the use of which, is covered by the claims of the PNG Patent Rights. 1.16 Party means PNG or Prana; Parties means PNG and Prana. 1.17 Patent Right means any patent or patent application and all substitutions, renewals, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part (with respect to the Assigned Patent Rights to the extent any such continuation-in-part was filed as of the Effective Date), resulting patents, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, and refilings thereof and rights to xxx for infringement thereof, past and present. 1.18 Permitted Transferee means Michel Xilinas.
