Option Window definition

Option Window means the period specified in Item 10 being the period during which the Tenant may exercise the option (if any) to renew this lease.
Option Window shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7 below •
Option Window means the period of 60 days after the date which is five years from the date of this Agreement.

  • Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
