Option Window definition

Option Window means the period specified in Item 10 being the period during which the Tenant may exercise the option (if any) to renew this lease.
Option Window means the following time periods: for a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2026; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2031; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2036; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2041; a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2046; and a period of six (6) months commencing on June 14, 2051.

Examples of Option Window in a sentence

  • At any time during a Put Option Window Period, the Ghelxx Xxxreholders shall have the option (the "Put Option") to sell all, but not less than all, of the shares of Common Stock specified in Exhibit A hereto (the "Option Shares") to CREC at the applicable Purchase Price.

  • At any time during a Call Option Window Period, if the Put Option has not been exercised by the Ghelxx Xxxreholders, CREC shall have the option (the "Call Option") to purchase all, but not less than all, of the Option Shares from the Ghelxx Xxxreholders at the applicable Purchase Price.

  • CREC shall be entitled to exercise the Call Option by delivering a written notice to the Ghelxx Xxxreholder Representative, executed by CREC, at any time during a Call Option Window Period stating that CREC irrevocably elects to exercise the Call Option.

More Definitions of Option Window

Option Window means (i) the period September 1, 1998 to November 30, 1998; (ii) at any time the Company is in Default and PCG is the beneficial owner of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the issued and outstanding Shares; (iii) for a period of three (3) months after PCG provides written notice to the Employees that PCG has reduced its beneficial ownership of Shares below twenty-five percent (25%) of the issued and outstanding Shares provided that such disposal is at an average price equal to or in excess of thirteen cents ($0.13) per Share; (iv) for a period of three (3) months after PCG becomes insolvent or makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (v) for a period of three (3) months after any proceedings by or against PCG is commenced under any bankruptcy, reorganization, management, readjustment of debt or moratorium law or statute or for PCG dissolution or liquidation and is not withdrawn or stayed within 28 days of commencement.
Option Window has the meaning set forth in Section 45.
Option Window means the period of 60 days after the date which is five years from the date of this Agreement.

Related to Option Window

  • Option Exercise Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Option Period means the period during which an Option may be exercised.

  • Shoe Option means the Initial Purchasers’ option to purchase up to seventy five million dollars ($75,000,000) aggregate principal amount of additional Notes as provided for in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Free-Standing Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is not granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • New Exercise Date means a new Exercise Date if the Administrator shortens any Offering Period then in progress.
