Optional Interconnection Study Agreement definition

Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement for preparation of an Optional Interconnection Study, as set forth in Tariff, Attachment N-3.

More Definitions of Optional Interconnection Study Agreement

Optional Interconnection Study Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Appendix 5 of the LGIP Standard Large Generator Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Optional Interconnection Study. Party shall mean the System Operator, Interconnection Customer and Interconnecting Transmission Owner or any combination of the above.
