Optional Launch definition

Optional Launch means Launch Services ordered by CUSTOMER from ARIANESPACE in the event of exercise of the Launch Option in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 of Article 4 of this Agreement.
Optional Launch means the Launch Services ordered by Customer from Contractor as of EDC which may be converted by Customer into a Firm Launch in accordance with the terms herein.
Optional Launch means a Launch ordered by Customer as the result of the exercise of a Launch Option.

Examples of Optional Launch in a sentence

  • The subject of this Agreement is the performance of ONE (1) Firm Launch Services and of ONE (1) Optional Launch Services to launch the Satellite(s) supplied by GLLC at the Launch Site for the purpose of accomplishing the Launch Mission(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • The anticipated Launch schedule for GLLC Firm and Optional Launches is the following: Firm Launch Launch Period = 1 March - 31 May, 2007 T0 T1 Optional Launch 01 June - 31 August 2007 or 01 September - 30 November 2007 T0 TOL STARSEM and GLLC recognize that the above Launch Periods are indicative only and shall be determined between the Parties in accordance with Paragraph 6.2 hereunder.

  • ARIANESPACE shall inform CUSTOMER of the Launch Site selected for the Optional Launch, if any, by written notice to be received no later than TWELVE (12) months prior to the first day of the associated Launch Period as defined in accordance with Article 6 herein.

  • The Launch Period for the Optional Launch, if any, shall be established within the Launch Term defined in Sub-paragraph 6.1 of Article 6 of this Agreement.

  • The following table provides prices in Euro for Soyuz Optional Launch Services.

  • In case of a failure by the CUSTOMER to deliver to ARIANESPACE in due time the L/C meeting the above requirements at the date set forth hereabove, the last payment related to Firm Launch and/or Optional Launch as set forth in identified in Sub-paragraphs 10.1.1 or 10.1.2, whichever is applicable, shall be due and paid by CUSTOMER to ARIANESPACE prior to [***].

  • All payments in connection with this Contract shall be made on their respective due dates, or within thirty (30) days after Customer's receipt of the corresponding invoice, whichever is later, except for the first two payments for the base-lined Launch Services and the first payment for each Optional Launch Service, which shall be made at the times set forth above.

  • Notwithstanding the CUSTOMER’s right of assignment or transfer above, CUSTOMER shall not be permitted, without ARIANESPACE’s prior consent, to assign its rights, title, interests or obligations under this Agreement with respect to either Optional Launch to any entity other than whom the entire Agreement is assigned or transferred.

  • If the last exercised Optional Launch under this Agreement is delayed by ARIANESPACE by more than THIRTY (30) days after the Launch Associated Payment is made by CUSTOMER, ARIANESPACE shall immediately return said Launch Associated Payment if so requested by CUSTOMER.

  • The Launch Associated Payment related to a Firm Launch for which there is no subsequent Firm Launch remaining to be performed or no subsequent Optional Launch already exercised under this Agreement, shall be made at L – 1 week (L being the actual Launch Day for the said Launch).

Related to Optional Launch

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Transitional living program means a residential program that may be attached to an existing facility or operated solely for the purpose of assisting children to develop the skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living. The program may include, but shall not be limited to, reduced staff supervision, vocational training, educational services, employment and employment training, and other appropriate independent living skills training as a part of the transitional living program;

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Offering Commencement Date means the first day of each Offering Period.
