Optional Product. “Post Approval Studies” means a pharmaceutical product (including any future formulation), which contains only Olmesartan plus Rosuvastatin fixed dose combination (FDC) to be used with Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM)for recalcitrant or resistant HTN. All Intellecture Properties of TDM are exclusively owned by AUTOTELIC, and AUTOTELIC will grant a royalty bearing non-exclusive license to use in conjunction with the a pharmaceutical product (including any future formulation), which contains only Olmesartan plus Rosuvastatin fixed dose combination (FDC). means a human clinical study, or other test or study with respect to a product for an indication that (a) is conducted solely in support of pricing or reimbursement for such product in the Territory or (b) is not required to obtain or maintain Marketing Authorization for such product for such indication (for clarity, any human clinical study that is intended to expand the label for a product shall be a Clinical Trial). Subject to the foregoing, Post Approval Studies may include epidemiological studies, modelling and pharmacoeconomic studies, post-marketing surveillance studies, investigator sponsored studies and health economics studies, but shall exclude Phase IV Clinical Trials.

  • All data, database information and safety reports from such Clinical Trials in the Territory for the Product and/or Optional Product shall be centralised and held by STOCOSIL with copies of such data, information or reports provided to DAEWOONG to the extent required as contemplated in this Agreement or the Development Plan to support application for Marketing Authorization outside of the Territory.

Optional Product. The Competitive Supplier shall include Renewable Energy in the All- Requirements Power Supply mix in an amount equal to the respective requirements of the Massachusetts’ (a) Renewable Portfolio Standard, (b) Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard, (c) Clean Energy Standard, and (d) Clean Peak Energy Standard, as each standard is defined as of the date this ESA is entered into and each starting with the year in which load is served on the Start- Up Service Date, or otherwise pay the alternative compliance payment rate as determined by the relevant Massachusetts regulatory authority. For the purposes of clarity, the Competitive Supplier shall be responsible for the final amendments to the regulations of the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard (“RPS”) as filed by the Department of Energy Resources with the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy on August 16, 2021. The price stated above also includes the purchase of National Wind RECs for a total amount equal to 100% Renewable Energy for Period 1 and the purchase of an additional 49% of National Wind RECs above Minimum Standards for Period 2. The Competitive Supplier shall identify the technology, vintage, and location of the renewable generators that are the sources of the Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). All such RECs will be created and recorded in the New England Power Pool Generation Information System or be certified by a third party such as Green-e. Related to Optional Product

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Final Product means a reasonably homogenous cannabis product in its final packaged form created using the same standard operating procedures and the same formulation.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product that contains a Licensed Compound, either alone or with one or more other pharmaceutical ingredients, and including all formulations, line extensions and modes of administration thereof.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Pharmaceutical Product shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).
