Optional Repurchase Trigger Date definition

Optional Repurchase Trigger Date means October 19, 2026.
Optional Repurchase Trigger Date means (x) in the event of the occurrence of an Asset Sale Trigger, the consummation of the Asset Sale causing such Asset Sale Trigger and (y) in all other cases, October 31, 2028.

  • Initial Triggering Event means any of the following events or transactions occurring after the date hereof:

  • Auto-Call Trigger Event means an event which occurs if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Index Performance as of the Valuation Time on an Auto-Call Valuation Date is greater than or equal to the relevant Auto-Call Trigger Level.

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Conversion Period has the following meaning:

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(a).

  • Repurchase Period means a period of 90 consecutive days commencing on the date when the Optionee’s Service terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) death or disability.
