Options class definition

Options class means all options contracts covering the same under- lying instrument.

  • Options Contract or “Option” means a Contract that confers the right but not the obligation to trade the Underlying at a pre-defined price on a pre-defined date in the future;

  • Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.

  • Phantom means a volume of material behaving in a manner similar to tissue with respect to the attenuation and scattering of radiation. This requires that both the atomic number (Z) and the density of the material be similar to that of tissue.

  • Incentive Distribution Right means a Limited Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Incentive Distribution Rights in this Agreement (and no other rights otherwise available to or other obligations of a holder of a Partnership Interest).

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.
