Subject to the Authority's obligations of confidentiality, the Supplier shall on demand provide the Auditors with all reasonable co-operation and assistance in relation to each Audit, including: all information requested by the Auditor within the scope of the Audit; reasonable access to any sites controlled by the Supplier and to equipment used in the provision of the Goods and Services (and/or Ordered Goods and Services as appropriate); and access to the Supplier Staff.
If a Specific Change in Law occurs or will occur during the Term (other than those referred to in Clause 33.2.1(b)), the Supplier shall notify the Authority of the likely effects of that change, including whether any change is required to the Goods and Services (or Ordered Goods and Services, as appropriate), the Framework Prices or this Framework Agreement.
The Authority shall be entitled to require access to data or information arising from the provision of the Goods and Services by the Supplier until the latest of: the expiry of a period of twelve (12) Months following termination or expiry of this Framework Agreement; or the expiry of a period of three (3) Months following the date on which the Supplier ceases to provide Ordered Goods and Services under any Call-Off Agreement or Lease Agreement.

Premises means the location where the Ordered Goods and Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order Form.
The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six (6) Years after the date of termination or expiry (whichever is the earlier) of this Contract (or such other longer period as may be agreed between the Parties), full and accurate records and accounts of the operation of this Contract including the Goods and Services, the Ordered Goods and Services provided under it, the Orders and the amounts paid by each Customer.

For the avoidance of doubt, the payment profile set out in the Order Form may or may not stipulate that the Ordered Goods and Services must be accepted in accordance with the acceptance procedure set out in Schedule 2.5 before payment is due and/or that supporting information must be provided with an invoice so that it can be a valid invoice.
