Ordering Period definition

Ordering Period is the period commencing with the last date in time adjacent the signatures on the last page of this agreement and ending with the termination.
Ordering Period means the initial twelve (12) month term or any twelve (12) month renewal term of the Authorized Service Management Partner Addendum.
Ordering Period has the meaning given in clause 3.4(a).
