Organisational knowledge. The level of knowledge and awareness of the organisation, its structure and functions that would be expected of staff at each proposed classification level, and the purposes to which that organisational knowledge may be put. Organisational knowledge. The level of knowledge and awareness of the organisation, its structure and functions that would be expected of staff member at each proposed classification level, and the purposes to which that organisational knowledge may be put. "Judgement, Independence and Problem Solving": Judgement is the ability to make sound decisions, recognising the consequences of decisions taken or actions performed. Independence is the extent to which a staff member is able (or allowed) to work effectively without supervision or direction. Problem solving is the process of defining or selecting the appropriate course of action where alternative courses of action are available. This dimension looks at how much of each of these three qualities applies at each proposed classification level.

  • Actual Knowledge means the actual fact or statement of knowing, without any duty to make any investigation with regard thereto.

  • Residual Knowledge means knowledge, techniques, experience and Know-How that are (a) reflected in any Confidential Information owned or Controlled by the Disclosing Party and (b) retained in the unaided memory of any authorized representative of the Receiving Party after having access to such Confidential Information. A Person’s memory will be considered to be unaided if the Person has not intentionally memorized the Confidential Information for the purpose of retaining and subsequently using or disclosing it.
