Organization Data definition

Organization Data means any proprietary, confidential and/or personal data, regarding or related to Customer or its Affiliates, that Perforce may be exposed to throughout the performance of this Agreement, or that may be generated or processed in connection with Customer’s or its Affiliate’s use of the Subscription Services.
Organization Data means any and all information provided by Organization to DocuPet pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, directly or indirectly, and whether in printed, electronic, magnetic, optical or other form, but, for certainty, excludes any DocuPet Owned Work and Registration Information.
Organization Data means any data, information or material submitted by Organization to, or stored by Organization in, a database related primarily to a HealthCast Product.

Examples of Organization Data in a sentence

  • Customer represents and warrants that its (and its users’) access to and collection, use, relocation, storage, disclosure and disposition of Organization Data shall comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation all privacy and data security laws.

  • A duly authorized representative of the Consortium Member’s organization with legal authority to bind the organization must sign the NCSES Organization Data Use Agreement annually.

  • Watermark and its service providers and its affiliates may use Organization Data to provide and improve the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • For FCCP Students to prepare the FCCP Project Deliverables, Organization hereby provides to FCCP Students, Duke and Duke Personnel a non-exclusive royalty free license, to use, reproduce, distribute, and display Organization Data, and additionally, to prepare derivative works based on Organization Data.

  • Watermark acknowledges that, as between Watermark and Organization, to the extent of Organization’s rights in and to Organization Data, Organization owns all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Organization Data.

  • Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Organization Data will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • As between Organization and HealthCast, Organization owns all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Organization Data.

  • All of the terms of this Agreement, as amended from time to time, shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the respective successors and assigns of Buyer, Seller and the Escrow Agent.

  • Organization hereby grants a license to HealthCast to access, use and manipulate the Organization Data only to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement.

  • In the manner set forth in an FCCP Project Agreement, Organization will provide FCCP Students and Duke Personnel, at no cost, access to Organization Data, which may include providing access to computer systems or databases, including without limit, by establishing Organization accounts for FCCP Students and Duke Personnel.


More Definitions of Organization Data

Organization Data means any information, content, or data provided to Hudl by or on behalf of Organization or any Authorized User through the Products, including, without limitation, Private Content and Public Content.
Organization Data means information, data, images, Organization -owned intellectual property and other content, in any form or medium, that is submitted, posted, imported, or otherwise transmitted by or uploaded by or on behalf of Organization or an Authorized User through the Platform, and any student data or personal information; provided that, for purposes of clarity, Organization Data as defined herein does not include Business Contact Data or Usage Data.
Organization Data means any data, information, content, records, and files that Organization (or any of its Organizational Admins) loads, downloads from, receives through, transmits to or enters into the ePACT SaaS Services, excluding Member Content.
Organization Data means any of the Organization’s proprietary, confidential and/or personal data which was provided to CyberCure by the Organization.

Related to Organization Data

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • Organizational Document means, as applicable, an entity’s agreement or certificate of limited partnership, limited liability company agreement, certificate of formation, certificate or articles of incorporation, bylaws or other similar organizational documents.

  • Organization means a person other than an individual.

  • Financial organization means any bank, trust company, savings bank, industrial bank, land bank, safe deposit company, private banker, savings and loan association, credit union, cooperative bank, small loan company, sales finance company, investment company, or any type of insurance company.

  • Organization Documents means, (a) with respect to any corporation, the certificate or articles of incorporation and the bylaws (or equivalent or comparable constitutive documents with respect to any non-U.S. jurisdiction); (b) with respect to any limited liability company, the certificate or articles of formation or organization and operating agreement; and (c) with respect to any partnership, joint venture, trust or other form of business entity, the partnership, joint venture or other applicable agreement of formation or organization and any agreement, instrument, filing or notice with respect thereto filed in connection with its formation or organization with the applicable Governmental Authority in the jurisdiction of its formation or organization and, if applicable, any certificate or articles of formation or organization of such entity.
