Orientation Period definition

Orientation Period means a comprehensive SSA disability program orientation period, up to and not to exceed 12 months, designed to develop an effective working knowledge of SSA disability program concepts.
Orientation Period means the period of time that starts on the date that the Eligible Individual most recently commenced service with Plan Sponsor and that is used to conduct standard orientation and training processes and to evaluate whether the employment situation is satisfactory for each party. The Orientation Period, if any, is elected by Plan Sponsor in the Adoption Agreement.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • CIC Protection Period means the two-year period beginning on the date of a Change in Control and ending on the day before the second annual anniversary of the date of the Change in Control.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;

  • Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.

  • Determination Period means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date; and

  • Beginning farmer means an individual, partnership, family farm corporation, or family farm limited liability company, with a low or moderate net worth that engages in farming or wishes to engage in farming.
