Original Class Certificate Balance. With respect to each Class of the Certificates (other than the Class R Certificates), the Class Certificate Balance thereof on the Closing Date, as set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.
Original Class Certificate Balance means, with respect to the Class A Certificates, $15,839,989; and with respect to the Class B Certificates, $5,279,996.
