Examples of Original Credit Documents in a sentence
All rights, benefits, indebtedness, interest, liabilities, and obligations of the parties to the agreements, documents, and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the Original Credit Agreement (the "Original Credit Documents") are hereby renewed, amended, restated, and superseded in their entirety according to the terms and provisions set forth herein and in the other Credit Documents.
Neither the execution of this Agreement, the Creditor ------------ Note, the Term Note or any other of the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall be or be deemed to be a novation of the obligations of Borrowers under the Original Agreement (as heretofore amended) or the Original Credit Documents (as amended) executed in connection therewith.
Borrower has no claims, counterclaims, defenses, or set-offs with respect to the Original Credit Documents or the loan or the loan documents described therein.
Reaffirm Obligations Under and Security Interests Granted Pursuant to Original Credit Documents.
All existing letters of credit issued pursuant to the terms of the Original Credit Documents remain issued on the basis set forth in this Agreement.

All references in the Original Credit Documents to the Original Credit Agreement shall be deemed to mean this Agreement, as an amendment and restatement of the Original Credit Agreement, all references in the Original Credit Documents to the "Administrative Agent" shall mean the Agent and all references in the Original Credit Documents to "Bank of America," "Bank of America, N.A.,"or "Bank of America, National Association" shall mean the Bank.
This Agreement does not constitute, nor may it result in, a waiver of or a release, discharge, or forgiveness of any amount payable pursuant to the Original Credit Documents or any indebtedness, liabilities, or obligations of the Credit Parties thereunder, all of which are renewed and continued and are hereafter payable and to be performed in accordance with this Agreement.
Neither this Agreement nor the other Credit Documents extinguish the indebtedness outstanding in connection with the Original Credit Documents, nor do they constitute a novation with respect thereto.
