Original Entity definition

Original Entity shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 31.
Original Entity shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 40.

Examples of Original Entity in a sentence

  • If the Lead Securitization Note Holder so requests, the Original Entity holding the New Notes (and any subsequent holder of such Notes) shall execute a confirmation of the continuing applicability of this Agreement to the New Notes, as so modified.

  • If the Lead Securitization Note Holder so requests, the Original Entity holding the New Notes shall (a) represent that the conditions set forth in (i) through (iv) have been satisfied and/or (b) deliver a confirmation of the continued applicability of this Agreement to the New Notes.

  • In connection with the foregoing (provided that the conditions set forth in clauses (i) through (v) above are satisfied, with respect to clauses (i) through (iv), as certified by the Original Entity, on which certification the Master Servicer can rely), the Master Servicer is hereby authorized and directed to execute amendments to the Mortgage Loan Documents and this Agreement on behalf of any or all of the Note Holders, as applicable, solely for the purpose of reflecting such reallocation of principal.
