Original Exchange Rate definition

Original Exchange Rate means the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the amount of the Optional Currency for the Interest Period which is the later of the following:
Original Exchange Rate means the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the amount of the Alternative Currency for the Interest Period which is the later of the following:
Original Exchange Rate means, in relation to any Borrowing, the ---------------------- Exchange Rate on the date which is three Business Days before the Drawdown Date for such Borrowing.

Examples of Original Exchange Rate in a sentence

  • If a Term-out Advance is to be prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange last used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Term-out Advance under this Clause 5 or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate (as defined in Clause 5.10 (Term-out Advances in Optional Currencies)).

  • If a Facility B Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Facility B Advance under Clause 5.4(c) (Participations in Advances) or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate.

  • If a Tranche A Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange last used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Tranche A Advance under this Clause 12 or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate.

  • If a Term-out Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Dollar Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid in that Optional Currency shall be determined by reference to the Original Exchange Rate applicable to the relevant Advance.

  • If a Loan is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Dollar Amount, the amount actually to be repaid or prepaid in the relevant Optional Currency shall be determined by applying to the relevant part of the Original Dollar Amount to be repaid or prepaid the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange last used for determining the Optional Currency amount of that Loan under this Clause 11 (Amount of Optional Currencies) or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate.

  • If an Additional Facility Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Euro Amount, the US Dollar amount to be repaid or prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the US Dollar amount of that Additional Facility Advance under Clause 5.4(c) (Participations in Advances) or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate.

  • If a Tranche B Advance or Term-out Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Dollar Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid in that Optional Currency shall be determined by reference to the Original Exchange Rate applicable to the relevant Advance.

  • If a Term-out Advance is to be prepaid by reference to an Dollar Amount, the Alternative Currency amount to be prepaid shall be determined by reference to the Agent's Spot Rate of Exchange last used for determining the Alternative Currency amount of that Term-out Advance under this clause 5 or, if applicable, the Original Exchange Rate (as defined in clause 5.5).

  • If the Term-out Advance is to be repaid or prepaid by reference to an Original Sterling Amount, the Optional Currency amount to be repaid or prepaid in that Optional Currency shall be determined by reference to the Original Exchange Rate applicable to the Term-out Advance.


More Definitions of Original Exchange Rate

Original Exchange Rate means the Bank's Spot Rate of Exchange used for determining the amount of the Optional Currency for the Interest Period which is the later of the following: (i) the Interest Period during which the Term Loan was first denominated in that Optional Currency if the Term Loan has since then remained denominated in that Optional Currency; and (ii) the most recent Interest Period immediately prior to which a difference was required to be paid under this Clause 11.
