Subject to Section 1.1 above, unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Original ABL Credit Agreement, the Original First Lien Term Credit Agreement, and the Original First Lien Notes Indenture, in each case as in effect on the date hereof.
