Original Form definition

Original Form means, in respect of the Term Sheets, the form as at the Effective Date.
Original Form means, at a minimum, that the captioning provided by the licensee reaches the distributor unaltered, whether it is passed through in analog or in digital, including in high definition.
Original Form means, in relation to any agreement or document, such agreement or document in the form as originally entered into, without giving any effect to any subsequent amendment or supplement thereof or thereto (unless such amendment or supplement has been agreed to by the MLABU in writing).

Original Form means, in relation to any document, that document (A) in the form delivered by the Issuer pursuant to the CP Schedule; or (B) (if entered into after the Issue Date) as originally entered into and (if applicable) delivered by the Issuer to the Trustee pursuant to the terms of these Conditions or any other Finance Document;

  • Lock-Box Account With respect to any Mortgaged Property, if applicable, any account created pursuant to any documents relating to a Mortgage Loan or Serviced Loan Combination to receive rental or other income generated by the Mortgaged Property.
