Original Investment Amount means the aggregate purchase price paid by the Prior Eligible Holder in the applicable prior financing transaction. The “New Investment Ratio” means the aggregate dollar amount of the Units including Series Y Preferred Stock purchased by the Holder (the “New Investment Amount”), divided by the Original Investment Amount (provided that the New Investment Ratio will not be greater than 1.0).
