Original Second Lien Creditors definition

Original Second Lien Creditors means the Original Second Lien Lenders together with all Original Second Lien Bank Product Providers, Original Second Lien Hedging Providers, Original Second Lien Management Credit Providers, and all successors, assigns, transferees and replacements thereof, as well as any Person designated as a “Lender” or “Junior Priority Creditor” under any Original Second Lien Credit Agreement.
