Original Second Lien Lenders definition

Original Second Lien Lenders means the financial institutions and other lenders party from time to time to the Original Second Lien Credit Agreement (including any such financial institution or lender in its capacity as an issuer of letters of credit thereunder), together with their successors, assigns, transferees and replacements thereof.
