Originated Asset definition

Originated Asset means any Eligible Asset originated by Seller.
Originated Asset means any asset that is an Eligible Asset and whose Purchased Asset Documents were prepared by or on behalf of Seller or Buyer.
Originated Asset. A Collateral Obligation that is sold or transferred to the Issuer and with respect to which the Originator either (i) acted or will act as original lender or itself or through related entities, directly or indirectly, was involved or will be involved in the original agreement which created or will create such Collateral Obligation or (ii) purchased or will purchase such Originated Asset for its own account prior to selling or transferring such Collateral Obligation to the Issuer.

  • The Collateral Manager will enter into a conditional sale agreement with the Issuer under which the Issuer shall have the right to require the Collateral Manager to purchase from it the relevant Collateral Obligations for the same purchase price as the Issuer committed to purchase and settle such Originated Asset.

Originated Asset means any Eligible Loan whose Purchased Loan Documents were prepared by Seller.
Originated Asset. An Underlying Asset that is sold or transferred to the Issuer and with respect to which the Retention Holder (i) itself or through related entities, directly or indirectly, was involved or will be involved in the original agreement which created or will create such Underlying Asset or (ii) purchased or will purchase such Originated Asset for its own account prior to selling or transferring such Underlying Asset to the Issuer.

Related to Originated Asset

  • Purchased Loan A motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by CAC or a subsidiary from such Dealer and evidenced by a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • Sold Receivable means a Receivable that was more than 60 days delinquent and was sold to an unaffiliated third party by the Issuer, at the Servicer’s direction, as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period and in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.3(c) hereof.

  • Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.

  • Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
