Seller shall deliver to Buyer: (i) with respect to a New Asset that is a Pre-Existing Asset, each of the Purchased Asset Documents, except Purchased Asset Documents that Seller expressly and specifically disclosed in Seller’s Preliminary Due Diligence Package were not in Seller’s possession; and (ii) with respect to New Asset that is an Originated Asset, each of the Purchased Asset Documents.
