Origination Agreement definition

Origination Agreement mean that certain Origination Agreement, dated as of March 19, 2003, between DTCS and DTAC, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Origination Agreement means an agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent, between a Life Settlement Provider and the applicable seller relating to the purchase of Policies, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Origination Agreement means a Mortgage Origination Agreement or Agreements among the Commission, the Servicer (if applicable) and each Mortgage Lender by which the Mortgage Lender agrees to make Mortgage Loans and to sell and assign such Mortgage Loans.
