Origination Costs definition

Origination Costs means the cost to market for the Goods incurred by HCL including but not limited to label origination, cutters, tooling, external laboratory testing, focus group testing; “Quotation” means HCL’s quotation;
Origination Costs means the actual out of pocket costs and expenses incurred by MPT and its Affiliates in connection with the underwriting and documenting of the transactions contemplated under this Amendment, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and fees of third party consultants, costs and expenses relating to the preparation of this Amendment, the form of JV Master Lease and JV Master Sublease, the form JV SNDA, and any and all amendments to the Master Lease and other existing leasing and security documents, which are not necessarily related to the closing of a particular Real Property.
Origination Costs means the costs which are agreed between the parties of any artwork, film, printing plates, setting up of Products and new items.

  • The parties have initially set the Applicable Origination Costs at $100 per Mortgage Loan.

  • Following each Calculation Period, Buyer and Seller shall mutually review the actual Applicable Origination Costs attributable to the origination of Mortgage Loans by or through the Operating Division during such Calculation Period and shall, in good faith, determine whether any increase or decrease to the Applicable Origination Costs are necessary or advisable for subsequent Calculation Periods.

Related to Origination Costs

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Acquisition Costs means all fees, costs, expenses, stamp, registration or transfer Taxes incurred by the Group in connection with the Acquisition.

  • Construction Costs means land costs, all costs paid to construct and complete the Improvements, as specified on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • Transaction Costs means all fees, costs and expenses incurred or payable by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with the Transactions.

  • Production Costs means those costs and expenditures incurred in carrying out Production Operations as classified and defined in Section 2 of the Accounting Procedure and allowed to be recovered in terms of Section 3 thereof.
