Orphan Pipeline Fund definition

Orphan Pipeline Fund means a not-for-profit organization to be established pursuant to a statute of the Parliament of Canada whose purpose includes paying for the cost to Abandon a pipeline constructed or operated under a statute of the Parliament of Canada;
