Ortho-Est means the estropipate product packaged under the name Ortho-Est(R), in all current and future presentations and formulations.

Ortho and WFH wish to enter into this Agreement for the marketing and distribution by WFH of certain estropipate products supplied by Ortho or an Affiliate thereof and labeled under the name Ortho-Est and/or such other label as may be mutually agreed upon by Ortho and WFH and approved by the FDA.
