Orthodontic Entity Professional Employment Agreements means the employment agreements entered into of even date herewith between the Orthodontic Entity or Orthodontist and each Orthodontic Entity Professional Employee (not including Orthodontic Entity Employees) in substantially the form attached to the Acquisition Agreement as EXHIBIT 1.1(U).
