Osko Payment definition

Osko Payment means a transfer of funds processed using Osko.
Osko Payment means a payment made by or on behalf of a Payer to a Payee using Osko.
Osko Payment means a payment made through Osko.

  • Notwithstanding the above, we may choose to send a Pay Anyone Payment as a Direct Entry Payment, and not as an Osko Payment, at our discretion.

  • We will generally process a Pay Anyone Payment as an Osko Payment if the financial institution at which the payee account is held is a subscriber to the Osko service and advises us that the payee account is able to receive Osko Payments.

  • A daily transaction limit of $5,000 will apply to payments you make using the Osko Payment Service.

  • We are not obliged to process anNPP or Osko Payment if you don’t give us all of the above information or if any of the information you give us is inaccurate.

  • We may impose limits on the value of any Osko Payment, or the aggregate value of Osko Payments or other NPP Payments permitted over a particular period.


More Definitions of Osko Payment

Osko Payment means a payment made by or on behalf of a Payer to a Payee using Osko. “PayID” means any of the following, which can be linked to a financial account for the purpose of directing NPP Payments or instructions to that account:

  • Co-payment means a relatively small amount of money paid by the insured person towards the cost of each day in a private hospital per episode of care, with Latrobe paying the rest of the cost.

  • Down payment means all partial payments, whether made in cash or otherwise, received by or for the benefit of the seller before or substantially contemporaneous with either the execution of the installment sale contract or the delivery of the motor vehicle sold under that contract, whichever occurs later.

  • Final Payment is a payment (in addition to and not a substitution for the regular monthly payments of principal plus accrued interest) due on the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, or (b) the acceleration of any Term Loan, or (c) the prepayment of a Term Loan pursuant to Section 2.2(c) or (d), equal to the original principal amount of such Term Loan multiplied by the Final Payment Percentage, payable to Lenders in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares.

  • Payment means any payment or distribution in the nature of compensation (within the meaning of Section 280G(b)(2) of the Code) to or for the benefit of the Executive, whether paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.

  • Bill Payment is the online service that enables the scheduling of bill payments using a personal computer;
