Oslo Stock Exchange definition

Oslo Stock Exchange means the Oslo Stock Exchange;
Oslo Stock Exchange and “OSE” shall mean the Oslo Stock Exchange, Norway; “paid up” shall mean paid up and/or credited as paid up;
Oslo Stock Exchange means Oslo Børs.

  • Until such time as the prospectus referred to in Section 6.1 is approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange, the Seller will not resell such Purchaser Shares in a transaction constituting a public offering or in a sale through the facilities of any stock exchange.
